1. Discuss not doing mailer and other options from businesses 
(request part of school budget, email to parents through principal emails 
(3-5, Middle and High School))  
1. Alternative fundraising income due to cost of postage / 
mailers ideas. Try to send out 2026 mailer before permit expires 
in Oct. Send in Sept—Have open house at end of May!  
2. Positions on the Board are expiring June 30, 2026 for Heidi, Dolly 
and Jo-Anne.  They will need to contact the Town Clerk to be sworn in 
again for the next 3 years.  
9. Update: Ruth will submit annual report to Massachusetts (2024 & 
2025)??  
10. Update: Heidi will redo donor plaque
