Note:  The Board of Barbering and Cosmetology has scheduled this meeting of the 
Disciplinary Review Committee pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 7410.  
As necessary, the Disciplinary Review Committee will meet in closed session as 
authorized by Government Code Section 11126 (C)(3) on proposed decisions.  All meeting 
facilities are accessible to the physically disabled.  Requests for accommodations for the 
disabled should be made to the Board office at (279) 278-5106 no less than five (5) days 
prior to the scheduled hearing date.

have requested an appeal and you have received a separate letter notifying you of your
