The Professional Qualifications Committee of the Respiratory Care Board of California will conduct a 
meeting at 1:00 p.m. on January 23, 2026, that is open to members of the public to observe and 
participate.  The meeting will be accessible via teleconference or in person at the following physical

Committee members will be participating from remote locations and will not be present in person at 
the physical meeting location.

Action may be taken on any item on the agenda. Time and order of agenda items are subject to change at 
the discretion of the Chair. Public comments may be subject to a time limit, at the discretion of the
