About this event
Want to have fun, spread hope, and inspire folks to vote? See you at the corner on Friday nights. October's sign theme is VOTING. We rally on the public sidewalk on the NE corner of Georgia Ave and Forest Glen Rd in support of democracy. Our gathering is kid and dog-friendly: bring a neighbor! Bring your signs in support of: voting, government workers, immigrants, the rule of law, the planet, our children, and for jobs. Please stay safe by staying on the sidewalk, crossing at cross walks only and obeying all pedestrian walk signals. Please watch the weather and for your safety, stay home if thunder/lightening is in the area. Thanks.
