Peaceful Standout Against Authoritarianism

This a Indivisible Maynard Area event! We meet the 3rd Saturday of every month to stand up against authoritarianism. Between ICE's cruelty, attempts to affect the election, the Iran War, corruption and grifting by the WH, attacks on science and our democratic institutions, we have a lot to protest! Signs welcome, but we usually do have some extra to offer. Let's stand together as a community to fight for our democracy and our rights and give voice to those unable to speak. We moved to a new location! We will be at the corner of Concord St. and Haynes St in the grassy area across the street from the Cat Cottage. Parking is available on the nearby side streets or in the lot along the bike path behind Maynard Outdoor Store A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
