About this event
Join us for morning rush hour at the Kent Des Moines Light Rail Station as we help commuters get ready to vote! We’ll be tabling from 7:00–9:00 AM, handing out friendly reminders to VOTE and encouraging voters to take their completed ballots directly to an official ballot drop box. We’ll also have information available to help people check that their voter registration address is current with King County Elections so their ballot gets to the right place. We need 2–4 volunteers each morning to help us greet commuters, hand out voting information, and spread the word. No experience is necessary—we’ll provide the materials and information you need. Just bring yourself, dress for the weather, and be ready to help South King County voters make their voices heard! When: Wednesday, October 21 7:00-9:00 am Wednesday, October 28, 7:00-9:00 am Monday, November 2, 7:00-9:00 am
