Service at the Soup Kitchen with the Campbell County Democrats

At the Campbell County Democratic Party, our motto is "Here For Good." That means we are here to serve our community and make it just a little bit better through our hands-on acts of service, showing up for our neighbors when it matters most. We invite all community members, volunteers, and local Democrats to join us as we volunteer our time and energy at The Soup Kitchen on the second Monday of each month. Whether you are helping prepare meals, serving food, or assisting with cleanup, your presence makes a direct, meaningful difference for families and individuals in our area. Come put our values into action alongside fellow community members who care deeply about lifting one another up. What to Expect & How to Prepare Tasks: Volunteers may help with food prep, serving guests, kitchen organization, and clean-up duties. What to Wear: Please wear comfortable, casual clothing and closed-toe shoes. Aprons and hair restraints will be provided on-site if needed. All Are Welcome: You don't need any prior volunteering experience, just a compassionate heart and a willingness to lend a hand! Note: Please RSVP in advance so we can coordinate our volunteer count with the soup kitchen coordinators. We look forward to serving alongside you!
