Hump Day! Early Voting Chat Day!

October is our last happy hour before Election Day. Want to talk about how you’ll be needed next? How about lesser known but invaluable things that you can still do? Just want to be in community because your anticipation is so high? Then please join us on the third Wednesday of this month, like every third Wednesday of the month. Interesting, welcoming people really do always come. It’ll be nice to just hang out for a brief window and compare notes. We have more fun working on our democracy when we know the warriors beside us. Expect positive energy and informal conversation. It is a really nice way to close out your day! We’re happier and more powerful when we gather. And, it still counts even when we do it over appetizers.😉 **Pro tip: Spinato’s happy hour menu is available until 6pm. You’ll find us in their private party room. *A core principle behind all Desert Democracy events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.*
